Spay And Neuter
Thanks for choosing to spay or neuter your pet! We are thrilled that you are interested in doing your part to control pet overpopulation. Due to our years of working with Brown County Humane Society, Adam’s County Humane Society– we have first hand knowledge of the overpopulation that results in countless and needless deaths of thousands of animals in our area every year! That means that while we love puppies and kittens, the responsible thing to do is to get you pet “fixed.”
Our LOW COST SPAY-NEUTER SERVICE is offered due to our firm belief that these services should be available and affordable in order to control pet overpopulation. Surgery times are available Wednesday through Friday, and all surgery is done by appointment only. We do about 100 procedures a week. Due to our prices, we tend to be busier than the regular vet clinic. Our surgeries are usually scheduled out approximately 3-8 weeks. Please keep that in mind when you call to make an appointment. (Cats schedule further out due to demand)
NOTE – Prior examination at our hospital is required for older animals. Given the specific health needs of older animals we may also require pre-surgical bloodwork. Please call us today!

In fact, 80 percent of dogs and 70 percent of cats over three years of age suffer from some form of dental disease, making it the most common pet health issue among our pet population.
At Pawsitive Vet Care in Bethel, OH, we believe that regular checkups and wellness exams are critical to your pets’ well-being. These wellness exams give us a chance to evaluate the overall health of your pet while also giving us a baseline for their unique bodies and tendencies.
